Withdrawals from tkgame are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability and limits of that payment channel. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification as outlined in Section 3. tkgame will not process a withdrawal to a payment method or bank account that is not registered in the name of the verified account holder.
Where a player has received a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements (as described in Section 7) must be fully met before the bonus-derived portion of the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds that were deposited without being associated with a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

The standard wagering requirement applicable to tkgame bonus funds is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, unless stated otherwise. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited.

Where an odds error has occurred due to a manifest pricing mistake, tkgame reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether they have already been settled, and to recalculate the player's account balance accordingly.
